Potter Electric Signal Company had previously hired Eagan to renovate their manufacturing plant in Hazelwood.  When their lease was expiring on their headquarters space, they contacted us to guide them through the evaluation of multiple sites, due diligence planning, architecture, construction, and furnishings.  The project included the construction of state-of-the-art fire alarm and fire protection system training classrooms, a video production space, an innovation laboratory, and highly collaborative spaces.
